The Northeast Political Science Association Conference is this weekend in Philly! Two department faculty, Dr. Paul Rego and Dr. Robin Lauermann,will be presenting this weekend.

Downtown Philadelphia

Dr. Lauermann’s presentation is titled “Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Slaying Stereotypes and Engendering Efficacy.” Her unique presentation topic will be a part of the broader panel of “Marx, Macbeth, Vampires, Zombies, and Political Songs: Critiquing Capitalism, Corruption, Gender and Institutions.”

Dr. Rego’s presentation is titled “William Howard Taft: the Constitutionalists as Critic” in the panel  “The Anti-Progress Defense of Republican Government.”
